"Lugar casi perfecto la verdad"

"Well let’s start by saying this location is absolutely stunning. Pros: - Rooms are huge - Beautiful views, ocean and mountain. - Resort is generally clean - Free drinks - Service 50/50 Cons: - Food, Food, Food,Food, Food -Buffet was the worst all inclusive I’ve been to in 25 years. - Steak house is outside, extremely hot. Ribeye was terrible. - Staff in Italian could not understand English, made us wait in the hall for 15 minutes for 2 other guests and the place was empty. The food was good...

"The property and amenities were great. The pools need to be re-tiled or have the tile repaired. The swim-up bar was crowded most of the time. Drinks take longer a swim-up bar since they only had two bartenders preparing drinks. You will receive your drinks faster if you request them with the servers."

"Gorgeous Scenery, very beautiful property with nice pools and some minimal path to walk around, Most of the staff are very kind and helpful, A lot of them are overworked and look burned out though. Long elevator wait due to one of the elevators not working and they never fixed it - Food is good and clean - Hibatchi was great, the steak restaurant took 1hr 20 min each time to bring our main course. We overall enjoyed the stay but it’s over charged for the price."

"We like the food the service is excellent the waitress and waiters are very friendly"

"Excellent Hotel, staff very helpful ! Clean !"

"The room was very clean. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Had a great time there and would go back again. The Italian restaurant was not that great but the other restaurants were delicious. We loved getting service by the pool and room service."
