"Lugar casi perfecto la verdad"

"The staff were excellent. Food was very good. We never tried the room service because the menu looked unappealing. The Alacarts were all great. We loved the beach. Water was warm , clean and clear. No rough surf like other places I've stayed on the Pacific coast. Really easy to get around. Lots of taxis or the bus stop is in front of the resort. The only negative thing was the ridiculously expensive games room. The resort should really review the pricing structure as it's not realistic. We...

"All good"

"We like the food the service is excellent the waitress and waiters are very friendly"

"El hotel está en remodelación y nos enviaron al hotel de alado a los restaurantes y notamos que al traer brazaletes verde de Expedia le daban preferencia a brazaletes de otros colores, no es agradable que hagan discriminación ya que todos pagamos la estancia en el hotel."

"Everything was just perfect ! Thanks to all the staff, Paola , Jessi, Gladis, Alejandro on the pool area were very nice. Very nice location, great view ."

"Don’t really have anything good to say about this place other than the fact I got a partial refund on my unused days because I had to go back to the states because of a family emergency but if I had to to continue my full stay I would have asked for a refund and just booked a better hotel nearby THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION 75% of the fiesta rewards club rooftop pool was closed WHICH I DO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE ACCESS TO THAT so definitely not worth it the Mexican restaurant was disgusting...

The quality of the food and drinks was not very good. The building shakes and sways significantly—especially when a strong wave hits—which was actually frightening. Alejandra, the person who cleaned our room, did an excellent job. The quality of the shows has really declined. The youth area was closed without prior notice...

"All inclusive , friendly staff"

"Todo estuvo excelente, la comida, la limpieza, el servicio, todo el personal muy amable, solo una observación, creo que el check-in es muy tarde y el check-out muy temprano fuera de ahí todo excelente"

"Exceptionally clean property, great amenities, a bit over priced breakfast buffet, but the buffet truly had everything"

"Room cleanness is ok, I found two Crawling bugs ? I don’t know; staff very helpful; beach view awesome but my room view was blocked by tree trunks a little bit ; the ocean waves very rough and made a lot of noises; my wife and I had a hard time time sleeping; breakfast is delicious ."
