"Came here for our honeymoon, amazing experience!!"

"We recently stayed at Barceló, and overall, it was a memorable experience. I'm writing this review specifically for travelers who, like me, like to know what to expect before arriving. Beyond simply rating the resort, I wanted to provide practical information that may help with planning, from accommodations and dining to transportation, activities, and a few things to consider before your trip. I'll highlight both the positives and areas where knowing what to expect ahead of time can make your...

"The property was very nice absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very attentive. What I found that I loved most was the fact that there was an emergency evacuation and the staff partnered with another Hilton Location helped to make sure we got there and took good care of us. This was unexpected and felt a little stressful but they made it a smooth transition."

"The hotel was great. However, due to an incoming hurricane, we were not able to use and access the beach, that is mainly why I go to Puerto Vallarta. We were also told we needed to vacate the hotel before the end of our stay since they were shutting it down. It was not their fault, but our vacation was cut short. Which I am expecting a full refund. I will definitely be going back! Love this place! Great Restaurants, friendly staff and clean rooms."

"Love the service they had:)"

"Amo Villa del Palmar ! Bello y acogedor ❤️ voy 3 veces al año"

"Great for families"

"No"

"Josue, the Preference Club employee, failed to do his job, as did Iliana, the manager to whom I reported the issues. The pool water and the tennis court were extremely dirty. The quality of the food and drinks was not very good. The building shakes and sways significantly—especially when a strong wave hits—which was actually frightening. Alejandra, the person who cleaned our room, did an excellent job. The quality of the shows has really declined. The youth area was closed without prior notice...

"All inclusive , friendly staff"

"Nice hotel. The beds a little hard and small pillows but quiet rooms. Breakfast very good"
