"The is a hotel with a high price tag just because you’re attached to a beach club. Getting to and from the hotel you need to take a shuttle, that runs every hour. You have to request to be put on the shuttle coming to and from the hotel. The road up and down is switchback so it’s a trek to get on and off the property. Rooms were run down with a coat of paint to make it look modern. The prices of food and drinks are also astronomical compared to every other restaurant in Sorrento that we visited....

"Overall, the hotel was very nice. However, when I arrived on the first day the air conditioning was not working. It was 36 C outside. Nothing was mentioned to me. Middle of the night I called twice complaining and they sent someone to check. It was a very uncomfortable night without the air conditioning working. The next day I was exhausted and it was my birthday! Nothing was done about this nor was I offered another room to move."

Riyad and Ali at the front desk made our stay very comfortable with the kindness, friendliness and being fully attentive. We look forward to coming back and meeting them again ."

"Let me start by saying that the only big flaw with this hotel is the room design. Our first room had a sewer stench as soon as you walked in. The shower stall wasn’t sealed and the entire floor flooded after every shower unless you pointed the shower head at just the right angle. The staff very kindly changed our room once we mentioned the odor. "Another amazing stay in Amalfi and our second at Hotel Miramalfi. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Upon checking in they updated our room to a stunning Suite with two bathrooms and a living room area. The on-site dining options are amazing. We really enjoyed the Azur Lounge and apertivo hour at the Mario Lobby Bar. Donna Emma had a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning.
