"What an AWESOME experience. My wife and I have been to the Caribbean a few times, three times to Cancun. We have never had a better experience than here at this spectacular resort. This rated as the top in Cancun and we agree, Better experience here than the Haven Suites on NCL cruises. Arrival champagne, personnel escort to the Excellence Club; an easy check in, then onto a swim up suite that you have EVERYTHING you could ask for. Great location, out the door into a pool with a personal hammock you can share with your loved one. A large pool and hot tub, right outside your room and a bar within 50 feet. The main pool was closer, a great view of the pool and beach. The kept the minibar well stocked with our beverages and snacks of choice, all included in the package. 24 hour room service and the service was fantastic. A restaurant dedicated to the Excellence Club, a buffet which really is not a buffet, it is a Global Foodcourt. Breakfast and lunch was absolutely AWESOME each day we went, The restaurant on the beach has the BEST fish & chips I have had in years. The Smash burgers in the Sports Bar were totally insane and went great with all the college and NFL games. Coming here on a weekend, you will be able to watch your favorite NFL teams here. The people were awesome. We spent a week, we received the Hydro-Therapy via our trip booking through Expedia - wow what a treat. THIS IS THE RESORT TO STAY AT WHILE IN CANCUN!!!"

"We just spent a wonderful week at this resort and it exceeded all our expectations. The location right on the beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water just steps from the property. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was also incredible, offering fresh and delicious options at every meal. Above all, the entire resort was super clean and spotless from the lobby to the rooms. Highly recommend!"

"The food was excellent! We mainly ate at the buffet. The only thing I did not care for were the pastries; cookies, they were always on the hard side; not soft, crispy or flaky. I loved all the natural beauty throughout the hotel. It felt like the hotel was carved into the jungle. It was very relaxing to walk and be able to enjoy all the greenery, palm trees, flowers, trees of so many spices, birds, even iguanas! The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of lounging chairs everywhere. The room was excellent! It was clean, large, comfortable, absolutely nothing bad to say about it. We had a balcony that overlooked over one of the 2 very large pools."

"Only issue was room was not ready at check-in time (about 30 minutes behind) which is a lot with kids and traveling 10+ hours. The people were great and helpful and treated us like VIPs, including helping us solve an issue that was with a vendor outside of their services offered by calling and interpreting for us."
