"Upon check in I told the staff my friend and I were splitting the bill and she no longer wanted the breakfast as her flight changed. They charged me for 1/2 the bill and breakfast and then charged her. This took a long time as they were trying to take off the one breakfast. The room was very hot, already set at 19 degree celsius and we could not lower it. They gave a fan but the room stayed quite hot throughout the night. "Nice hotel for what it is. Small-ish rooms with the shower in the middle of the room but i guess that's the trend now for new hotels...? Super odd but is what it is. Staff is super helpful and really nice. Loved the free/unlimited tea as i dont drink coffee but they do have free drip coffee for those that do. Also really enjoyed that the hotels location is very central - 10 min walk to Temple St + Ha'penny Bridge, 10-15 min walk over the bridge to Trinity College, 20 min walk to the Guinness...

The staff was very accommodating, especially Marina at reception, and were quickly accommodated with a lovely room with stunning views of the river and a huge second area for lounging. The food was great at both restaurants and we could easily hop on public transportation if we weren’t walking."

"Great place to stay! Travelled from Canada with my partner and it was lovely! Shocked to find out there are no fridges or microwaves which made leftovers a bit tricky but it seems to be common all around the area not just this hotel so can’t complain! The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us extras of whatever we asked and quickly! Also had a water bottle refill station in the lobby which was nice and saved us from buying water. Would definitely stay here again as it is also within walking...

"The hotel is located in the center of the city, easy to walk to many attractions. Also many grocery stores and cafes are around, very convenient. The room is small, in north American standard, but is clean and modern, well designed. Staff are friendly. We were able to check in early, check out late with a reasonable fee. We enjoyed our 5 night stay."

"The location was ok. Not great, but it was close enough to transit. Just not much within walking distance. The hotel was clean and had what you need for a short stay. Nothing fancy. The room was good in general but the bed was terrible and the noise from the hallway and other rooms was pretty bad. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it wasn’t bad enough to dampen my trip to Dublin at all."
