"Came to stay during the week. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. Kind of strange vibe at first being the only ones in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly upon check in and check out. Our room was very dated but had a really nice view of the river. Also kept very clean. I can see why families would enjoy their stay. Affordable and lots of amenities for children. The breakfast was very processed, no fresh fruit or even milk to add to coffee but there...

"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"I had to extend my stay several times and the staff accommodated me just fine. Also the whirlpool, sauna and steam room and fitness/exercise rooms in the lower level are excellent [the sauna and steam weren't always on and heated up when I went down but maybe I was the first for the day = I didn't want to wait so enjoyed the whirlpool]"
