"Very cool hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Our shower drain was not maintained well but that was the only issue. "

Instead of napkins, some brown, hard paper towels were offered (the kids you would use in a bathroom to dry your hands). The staff wasn’t around to take care of it and when called, it took too long to make more eggs."

"It is my favorite place to stay in Iowa city so far. As it’s easy to walk to a lot of things, including the campus and target and dinner spots. The staff overall is very friendly. I plan to stay there again in the future."

"Warm cozy Northwoods atmosphere. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The outdoor fire ring was awesome. The pool although small, my daughter still had a good time in it. Our suite was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very filling and coffee hot. 10/10 would definitely come back again. "
