"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. "Tip-top! Really amazing food, staff, and property! Definitively worth the the trip!"

"Beautiful property great location. My major issue was with the air-conditioning. There was none. It was a hot day in Amboise and the room was stifling. I opened the window to cool down but got bit by mosquitoes. I spoke to the front staff who said their heating and cooling were an eco-friendly system that didn’t work well on extreme temperature days. Other than that lovely day."

"This was a great spot to explore the surrounding area, though we were also very happy when we just relaxed at the chateau!. My wife rated the breakfast 11/10, and the my son loved his turret side-room. Aside for breakfast, No restaurant on-site, but they have a kitchen where you can find what you need to have a nice picnic meal out the grounds"
