"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"I reserved this hotel a month in advance, I was told I could pay at the property , when I got there at 11pm I was told my room was given to someone else. I also called them the morning of my booking to confirm I still had a reservation and I was told yes . There was no communication, The whole situation was extremely frustrating,"
