"Had a great stay and the staff was fantastic"

"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"The views from this property of the lake and the city lights was amazing. The location is perfect for nearby events, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and even sent a text a couple of times during our stay to check on us and ask if we needed anything. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the portions were large. Great value. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chicago."

"Room was clean and as described in photos"

"Good location, nice room and buffet breakfast!"

"Nice to have a full kitchen, but it was scarcely stocked. The breakfast was included but the starting time was somewhat late (7am), and it should have had oatmeal as an option. The construction noise wasn’t too bad and glad to see they are shutting down completely to finish the remodel. This facility was an overall letdown compared to other Sonestas we’ve stayed at."

"Great location"

"Staff was super helpful. Jacuzzi tub super useful after the marathon. Hotels in general just ain’t what they used to be, 4.25/5."

"La ubicación es excelente. Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas y el equipo de limpieza muy atento, no es el caso con los del personal de recepción. El trato fue como segunda clase por una reservación a Travez de Expedía. Primero no encontraban la reservación y luego al terminar pregunté en expedía por el check out."
