Safe batteries had leaked for a long time and was nonfunctional, no thermostat in rooms and no ventilation so it was really hot (they offered a fan), soap dispenser was broken off wall. But the breakfast was really good and plentiful and they allowed us an early checkin. So overall it was a good stay."

"The configuration is unlike anything else I have seen. It is a series of houses/apartments across the town that are rented out as hotel rooms. Ours was a 5 minute walk from the main desk. The house looked more like a B&B than a hotel. The room was awesome with a living room, two TVs, kitchenette, bathroom and a king size bed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The Fox Hostel is a little off the beaten path, but for a hostel, it’s so nice!! It was well organized, had a great kitchen, and the beds were spacious even for two people. The only thing that was a little tricky was storage for your bags. Make sure you stake your claim early or you’ll be out of luck! But there’s also space on your bed to store things, so not too big of a deal. Overall, a great experience!!"

"The staff was very helpful when our room felt extremely hot because the heater wouldn’t turn off and the window would not open wide enough to let the cool air in. They moved us to a different room which was 100% better. Rooms were clean."
