"Water leak in the bathroom toilet, and my daughter's room ended up with bed bugs. Better hallway lighting. Very dim hallways."

The bedroom is a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. "The rental was 1 side of what I would consider a duplex. The front porch was perfect to sit, rock and let you stress melt away. There is a nice table & chairs on the back deck. The inside was very clean, welcoming & roomy. There is a locked door in the back hallway that combines the 2 rental spaces into 1 large rental.
