Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Room was okay. The strike plate for the door was missing so the room wasn't overly secure. Staff is friendly. They do not remove the ice and snow from their parking lot. Breakfast is very sparse and inconsistent. For example some days they will have waffles, other days not, they may or may not have fruit.
The place was not a luxury stay but it seemed clean and the fellow on duty was very nice and welcoming so I felt safe being there as I was traveling alone. And really thats the most important factor to me.
I got a good deal on the hotels.com app and had no issues. I would stay there again. There was a small stain on one of the blankets but it's white,I don't think that's unreasonable.
Toilets have a really weak flush. Overall good stay.

We rented a king size and when we got to the room it was two doubles. So we had to correct that. It had snowed the day before and nothing was cleared off. The breakfast was minimal. Cold pot of coffee. Waffle iron didn’t heat up enough and waffles never got done. There was one bagel and items weren’t replenished (and we were there by 7:30am).
Room was decent/comfortable; but the fridge didn’t work.
Staff was pleasant, but very difficult to understand. Room was reasonable, but would not stay again.

It's a lower priced hotel, so for the price not bad, but you're getting what you're paying for. Old rooms, Old building. Lady at front desk was very respectable and spoke English (Columbia City) but no one else did. Pool at entrance appeared very nice. Was a huge yellow stain on sheets that I did not notice until the next morning.....yuck!
Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the door joining my room to the next room was covered in green mold, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, and some had cigarette burns. The Mini Fridge had broken controls. The Dresser was damaged in such a way that the drawers could not be closed. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were not replenished each morning, and ended up so depleted, there were some days I did not even eat breakfast.
There was a cockroach in my room. All the sheets and towels were stained with god knows what. The toilet wouldn’t flush. “Continental breakfast” was a waffle machine and bananas, nothing else. No water fountains or bottles at all, you have to drink out of the sink. The “body wash” was a bar of hand soap. Reserved a king size room and ended up in a double bed instead. My door handle was broken and you’d have to wiggle it just right to get it to read the key card. You could not pay me to go back here.
