"Breakfast was really good, staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very tired looking and needs modernising, if not a least fresh paint, carpet, curtains, linen. Our cold water tap didn't work. I told reception and asked for additional water, which they agreed but we didn't receive any. The shower was over the bath, and didn't work well, one minute you would get a blast of cold water and the next really hot. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The pool was good, however...

Was put in the annex, very small cramped double not a large room as shown on website. Room was on a bridge over a public footpath!!! With people walking underneath all night and day. Struggled to relax as you could not have windows open unless you wanted everyone to hear your conversation and no air conditioning to...
