"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a...

"Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to...

"The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."

"A very disappointing stay and well below the standard I would expect from a Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, yet our room absolutely stank of menthol cigarettes. Even more bizarrely, there were used ashtrays sitting on each floor, which makes the “non-smoking” claim feel fairly meaningless. The bedding also did not feel as though fresh sheets had been put on the bed before our arrival, which was extremely unpleasant. The bathroom design offers virtually no privacy,...

"An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their...

"Everything was really perfect and lovely"

"The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...

"Wir hatten eine durchaus gute Zeit vor Ort. Das Personal ist toll und auch das hauseigene Restaurant war super! Leider ist die Anlage selbst stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht unbedingt den Bildern die online veröffentlicht sind."

"Great location, walkable to everything close to the tunnel / walk with several great restaurants and massage and nail and lots of stuff… I actually walked back from Zangjiajie park … though it was close enough Staff was so nice and helped me book several attractions… , room could use some painting but I loved their fancy toilet bidet !!!"

"Chaque chambre dispose d’un miroir pleine longueur, c’est parfait pour préparer nos tenues avant de sortir. Il y a aussi de l’eau potable en libre accès dans l’espace commun."

"Das Frühstück war gut aber durch die vielen Leute beim Frühstück war immer schnell alles aus ."

"Rooms were very clean and furnished very nicely. Breakfast was good with large international selection. All staff were very helpful and George went over the top to ensure our sightseeing was very successful"

"It’s just a short walk to the park gate, perfect for heading straight to the Bailong Elevator. The host knew all the best hiking trails and told us which paths to avoid crowds."

"It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

"Amazing views and friendly staff. Will miss this place."

"시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요"
