"The property was well maintenance, very clean and had every and thing an apartment unit needed for a great stay the air conditioner worked excellent and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend anybody that’s visiting to check out the place."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a...

"Nice clean hotel Staffing very kindly"

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."

"Superó mis expectativas! Una habitación limpia y espaciosa. Para la categoría del hotel podría decir que es una excelente opción. Agregaría al menú del bistro un par de opciones vegetarianas..."

"The location of the property was handy. The breakfast is ok, it will fill a hole. We didn't use the free laundry service - there weren't any directions that I could see on how to use the machines or what to do but that could've just been me. I think the hotel amenities list there is a restaurant. There isnt - theres the dining room for breakfast but there isn't a restaurant on site. There are plenty around the local area and the hotel is a 10-15 min ride from the airport. The room was clean but...

"La foto no es la real, no es la foto del hotel"

"The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."

"Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park."

"这次在梅溪湖豪华精选住了三晚，整体比预期舒服。安排的高楼层湖景房视野很好，白天看梅溪湖，晚上看夜景，待在房间里也不会觉得无聊。服务这块印象很好，细节挺贴心。早餐、泳池和酒店整体氛围都不错，很适合不赶行程、单纯放松几天。以后再来长沙度假应该还会考虑这里。"

"Rooms were very clean and furnished very nicely. Breakfast was good with large international selection. All staff were very helpful and George went over the top to ensure our sightseeing was very successful"

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...

"Amazing views and friendly staff. Will miss this place."

"More western style breakfast will help, cleaner common areas and maintenance of them are needed"

"Fuimos en pareja y estuvimos muy a gusto. El trato de Amy fue muy amable, nos ayudó a gestionar las excursiones y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades."
