I was upgraded to a nicer room, which was amazing, and everyone from the front desk to the spa to the gym were all very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance, the spa is really nice; Van gave me an excellent facial. The breakfast can't be beat. It's definitely one of my favorite hotels in Vietnam."
