"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"👍"

"Ocean front, great view of beach. The breakfast is outstanding, many local gourmet and very generous dining time (till 1:30pm) allowing full brunch. The room is a bit small for three people (booked a 4-person room), there is not sufficient space for luggage ( we have three small to midsized cases). There is no room cleaning (not even for trash collection) unless your request, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I recommend it because of the food and view."

"Excellent location near main train station. Helpful staff and laundry facilities great. Daily breakfast excellent. Daily dinner was good but selections less than breakfast."

"都很喜歡、景非常美"

"Very well located hotel, near a lot of activities and areas you want to explore. Having laundry in the hotel is very convenient, as well as parking in site!"

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

"It was clean and there are a few bike you can use for free."

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family."

"Good experience, will visit the hotel again for family gathering."

"早餐多樣選擇、停車方便"

"A wonderful place to stay with the most attentive and helpful staff. The tea, coffee, snacks and breakfast were also great. We would definitely recommend and come to stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!"
