"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"Ocean front, great view of beach. The breakfast is outstanding, many local gourmet and very generous dining time (till 1:30pm) allowing full brunch. The room is a bit small for three people (booked a 4-person room), there is not sufficient space for luggage ( we have three small to midsized cases). There is no room cleaning (not even for trash collection) unless your request, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I recommend it because of the food and view."

"Great hotel for a medium to long term stay - staff were super friendly and helpful. Laundry on site was a blessing especially with the heat and humidity. Really liked the breakfast buffet - midnight snack was decent but I think offerings are better in the morning. They also had free beverages coffee tea etc throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I loved my time in Hualien."

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"From the moment I pulled up on the motorcycle and the ‘doorman’ ushered me into their private parking I knew I would like this hotel. Staff at desk were great too. Staff even helped me find a nearby massage place to recover from long, long ride. Breakfast was a nice mix of local and some western items, but I can eat western items at home. Room was comfortable and good size. I would stay again. Note: Taiwan does not allow hotels to provide things beyond bath soaps, but wouldn’t expect more...

Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband.
