"I stayed here for four nights during September. The location was ideal for access to the Central Train Station, Tivoli Gardens, the Tivoli Food Hall as well as many other amenities. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Copenhagen. I look forward to staying here again."

"The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the...

"The lady that attended to us at checking desk is mischievous offered us a suite that turned out to be just a superior room , she tried deceiving us with all this special things that comes with that room on 11th floor but for us we wanted what was guaranteed in writing and to Expedia over the phone september 2nd to give us a twin room She told us they will put an extra bed by 6 pm so we went upstairs but there was no space for the so called bed , when I went back downstairs to question her she...

"Well located and clean basic hotel. Breakfast was average and the checkin was a bit baffling. There are self checkin portals but after entering my information they direct me to the front desk."

"It was the most expensive hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Their brochure related how eco-friendly they were while supplying a minuscule pod to sleep in. Bathroom was down the hall, with shower stalls for all. It was total malarkey"

"Very basic hotel, more like a hostel but not as many facilities. The rooms are very small indeed and not well laid out. Our triple room was far too small. No room for 3 people and luggage. Also the room got very hot in the night. The good thing is that it is in the city and everything is easily reached on foot or public transport. Please note that if you happen to have a blue badge it is free to park in Copenhagen and there was plenty of parking around the hotel."

"Room was small but sufficient, the breakfast was a complete disappointment, especially compared to other Go Hotel (Herlev) in Denmark that we booked on this trip. It was just for 1 night so it was ok. Not that close to the airport, needed a taxi to get there. I would not stay at this location again."

"The staff were incredibly helpful particularly at breakfast to help with allergies and sorting the baby. Everything was easily accessible and clean and in good condition. Only downside was booking a pool slot was not available after the 5:15-7:15 slot which isn't ideal if you are exploring the city for the day"

"lovely staff. great breakfast although if I was staying for longer than 2 nights it might feel a bit samey. condition of the room was poor with black mould on bathroom sealant. I notified the hotel but there was no immediate response . they mentioned they would look into it after we left. would not stay there again. reminded me of a Travelodge waiting for an update"

"Einfaches Hotel, bei unserem Zimmer war Dusche und WC am Gang"

"Friendly staff, clean room and lovely food."

"Ist eher eine Jugendherberge, aber für einen Kurztripp super!!! Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!!"
