"Stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Copenhagen. About a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Check in was simple via the automatic system. Lifts were easy to access and clean. The room was a twin which was compact but ok for our purpose. The room was clean and tidy. The en suite was also compact but again clean and tidy. This is a great place to use as a base. No noise, guest or staff issues. Everything was perfectly adequate. The photos on the websites are true to form and give the dimensions of the room also so you know what you’re getting when you book. Main reception was clean and open, staff were approachable and helpful. All in all a very successful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"Quality hostel, which I have used before and would use again! Location is great, along with the price to stay here! My only negative was the temperature of the rooms - very warm!! There was a temp gage on the wall which wouldn’t go lower than 20c and a window which barely opened - not great for rooms of 4 and above! We also arrived early, used the app, and were hoping for an earlier check in but this did not happen"

"We LOVED this place! It has thought of everything. We loved the vending machines, the beer & wine dispensers, the 10minute walk to the grocery store, easy access to the bus system and super helpful and happy staff. There's even organization for the shared fridge. I was excited to see the microwaves, air fryer and panini press. It's expensive to eat out in Denmark! I was surprised to hear how quiet the lobby was. Especially when it was packed full of people hanging out, eating or working on their business. Now, if you're a 300lb+ person, I think you may have a bit of snugness in the room/pod and shower stalls. People also need to be ready to use their knees to get around on their bed if they're sharing their pod/bed. Just something to keep in mind with the pods, which had everything you need including multiple USB outlets including beautiful sound proofing. There were no slamming doors! There IS a night potty on a corner of the group of pods so that you don't have to trudge down a long hallway in the middle of the night to get to the restroom. If we ever come back to CPH, we'll definitely stay here again to save some money in the long run!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location! Pros: - Perfect location. Easy to get to from the main station if going to the airport, close to shops, metro, and Tivoli. - Decor. It’s a beautiful and well maintained hotel. The dining area is particularly stunning. - Room size. We had the superior room, which was a great size (massive!) especially the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfy! - Other: There is luggage storage, two lifts, plenty of sitting space in the reception, quick check in. Bathrooms to change in after check out if needed were also handy! Cons (really minor) - If you sleep early you might be disturbed by the restaurant noise. It was fine for us as stops by 10/11pm and we were going out later. It wasn’t too loud, but can definitely hear music in the rooms at dinner time. - Some robes / slippers in the room would be nice. Would expect this from a top tier hotel. - The sinks are so close to the shelf. I loved the shelf for storage, but you do need to be careful not to hit your head! Overall lovely hotel and would recommend. It is pricy, but worth it if you can afford it!"
