"This was my first time staying at the Hilton Hawaiian, but not my first time there. The rooms were clean, but our curtain was broken and held up by pins. Service was lovely by most of the staff. The younger ones were more distracted, which honestly what do you expect from teenagers? Pools were so much fun for my 11yo son. Especially the Paradise Pool with the water slide. Easy access to the beach with plenty of space between groups of people. The traditional Hawaiian food served in the...

"My Husband and I had a great time! The room was just what we needed, the pool space was beautiful and lively at night, yummy breakfast available for purchase at the swell bar near the pool, directly across the street from the beach, literally 1 min walk from the hotel just cross the street you’re there, also free beach supplies available for hotel guest at a local beach store down the block, right in the center of it all, can’t recommend it enough!!"

"Our stay in aulani was amazing a very good memory for my family"

"Everything was good"

"Very nice staff super clean would recommend to first time travelers"

"Only plus is the location. Everything else is below average"

"When I first checked in, I was told I had to pay a $495 security deposit just in case there were any damages to the room. I was assured that the money would be refunded to my card after checkout. However, when I checked out, I was told that $195 would be deducted for a resort fee that was never mentioned to me upfront. 😔 Just a heads-up to anyone booking: Make sure you ask about ALL fees before booking so there are no surprises! But other than that, I absolutely LOVED my stay! 🥰❤️ Everything...

"Amazing hotel, I loved it so so much!! Waikiki itself was a little more hectic than I expected so I think next time I’d explore a different island. But the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed"

"Good breakfast and amenities"

"Property is about 2 blocks from Waikiki beach so it is a close walk. We had an ocean view room and that was great. We could see Diamond Head to the left and the ocean in front of us. The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. Didn't realize it didn't have a microwave. There is valet parking on site and it was easy to us. There are a lot of shops nearby. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay."

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."

"This is usually our go to hotel When visiting Honolulu due to the proximity to neighboring events taking place . Somewhat on the quiet side but still minutes from downtown waikiki. Our rooms were cleaned daily and extra linens provided per request.Staff very friendly , bar open 12pm-6pm daily happy hour. Rooms very clean beds are super Comfortable only issue is the AC unit in the room wouldn’t go above 65 degrees the entire time"

"Our 1 night stay was perfect. Bed was comfy, shower was clean, breakfast was good!"
