"모든것이 수준이상 최고였어요 특히 담당직원이 So great"

"Good location just outside Sapporo’s covered street. Enjoyed the service. I needed help with another hotel and Antony was kind enough to call for me and sort out my issue. Clean, spacious and good views of the mountain. It has lots of convenience stores around including one in the hotel. Parking is free when you stay there too, very convenient. I will definitely consider coming back if I return to Sapporo. The only downside if there’s one is that you need to pay for the onsen but I did enjoy it."

"It was so good. The location, the Onsen, the amenities, the breakfast buffet and the gym were my favorite"

"朝・晩の2食付きで宿泊しましたが、大正解でした。素晴らしい内容の食事で、大変満足しました。"

"Great stay! The hotel was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is as central as it gets. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"なぜか、湯沸かしポットからお湯がそそげなかった"
