"This was the first of two stays we had at the hotel. Loved everything about the hotel - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet and safe and in a great location. The public bath on the top floor of the hotel is such a treat and has a good view of Sapporo. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made for an extra special stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
