"All great"

"Clean beds, helpful staff, adequate food for an unexpected night in London. I’d stay again if needed the same thing."

"Love the observation deck"

"Great space.. could have better kitchen options"

"We had a lovely night in this hotel before flying from Heathrow airport."

"Great budget stay."

"Clean comfortable will definitely stay again when on an early or late arrival at the airport."

"The hotel needs major renovations in the rooms. On my way to my room in the back the hallways smelt like old water… my room had tons of dark mold and water stains all around the window. And there were water stains throughout the ceiling. I’m not sure how no one had noticed this, however I did notify the hotel at checkout. They did seem surprised. I only had to stay for one night."
