"All great"

"Only stayed one night, did not use facilities. Breakfast was excellent, just across the road from Heathrow airport but no noise whatsoever, Regular public transport from hotel to terminals, a fare is payable and it stops at a few hotels before dropping you off at your terminal"

"Nur gegen Aufpreis konnte man eher ins Zimmer.Die Menschen warteten fast 3 Stunden,völlig übermüdet im Barbereich. Das Restaurant hatte um die Mittagszeit geschlossen."

"I expected more from a Sofitel in Heathrow. Not bad at all- staff were great, room was clean and fitness room was pretty good (plenty of cardio and weights). However the property is quite dated and very brown/beige. The restaurant Vivo was average and had a cafeteria vibe."

"15 min bus or taxi ride frm airport. Had a bar and restaurant on property. They did not have their own dedicated shuttle service but the hotel next door was in the hotel hoppa list and we just got off there-Radisson Blue. Hotel staff was great. Stores our bags until we could check in so we could take a bus and the tube into downtown London. Clean and comfortable rooms."

"Was so dirty, disgusting I don’t like it and I don’t stay there and lose my money"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow. My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."

"Breakfast and location were perfect for a close to Heathrow stay!"

"Helpful to have an airport shuttle come by for an early flight"

"Staff was great. Love the POD to get to from and to the airport. Very convenient."

"Stayed here numerous occasions because it’s such short walk to T3. This time the lift was out of order and the coffee machine which I always use in the library lounge was also broken. So the maintenance issues made the stay a little disappointing. Room was clean as always though."

"Awesome place to stay food was excellent"

"Warm and welcoming staff. Bed was very comfortable."
