"Staff is super helpful and friendly! Food in the restaurant is good. We had a room on the 1st floor and had issues with the wifi working. They happily moved us to a room on the 2nd floor where the WiFi works perfectly! The hotel is right by the river Ness and couldn’t be any more centrally located. We’re very happy with our choice! It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable! "

"This hotel is in a beautiful yet convenient location, if driving, just off the main road to/from Glencoe. It was peaceful with a stunning outlook, which you get the full view of from the restaurant. We had the family room, which was spacious but didn’t have the benefit of the good view. The room was lovely but the shower was not hot so we were given a key to another room to use the electric shower there. The shower was a mains sourced one and the boiler had just been serviced so hadn’t heated...

"Stayed with family for 3 nights. We loved this place. Ample parking spaces. Restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast lounge was stocked with cereal, milk, utensils etc. Only suggestion I'd give would be to replace the cutleries twice a day instead of once. Since people do bring takeaway food and eat in the lounge during the evenings, the cutleries get used up a lot and very few is left out for when we go for breakfast in the mornings.
