"They let me check in 1h early with no problems, which was nice. Bed was comfortable and room was small but well organised and clean. However, avoid the restaurant at all costs. Food is very poor and service even poorer. I first tried their app to order room service but it was not working on both of my phones, so I went down to the restaurant to eat there. The restaurant was empty and only 4 tables were occupied, of which two were finishing. Yet, it took the waiter a good 15min to get me seated!...

"Breakfast was great"

"Nothing to declare. Alles gut 😊"

Also extrem...

"the HVAC was not working and the window was missing the handle to open it, so we were trapped in an uncomfortably hot room. It was impossible to sleep. Front desk staff offered to comp breakfast as compensation. We appreciate the free breakfast but it was not enough compensation for the lack of proper rest. The hotel is very nice and not inexpensive, and should have been able to resolve this situation better, either by getting the HVAC to work or moving us to another room. The front desk...

"Very clean and comfortable room. The staff were accommodating to provide me an early check-in. This was a pleasant change after a long overseas flight. The park across the street and the lake behind the property are great places to walk. The staff provided detailed directions for the airport shuttle. I struggled finding the hotel at the drop-off (just 150 meters down the street). Jet lag played into my confusion. Overall, a lovely property!"

"Excellent overall quality in a very reasonably priced hotel."
