"Alles bestens für 1 Nacht kommen wieder"

"The maintenance of our room was wanting this time. The heat in the room had been set to 10C and the thermostat could not be adjusted. The room stayed relatively cold during the stay. In the shower, the shower head could not be fixed (attachment broken) so you could not stand underneath the shower. You had to hold the head in one hand in order to wash. The blow dryer on-switch was broken and the dryer only came on intermittently. I mentioned all of the above on checkout, but the staff member...

"Great service"

"Location: Could not be closer to train station and Airline check in. Excellent for few hours of sleep between train and flight"

"I will be staying there again. There was no room service but I was allowed to take food to my room after a long journey. Also the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The best wagu burger of my life."

"Gute Preis/Leistung, ideal für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug. Online Check in und Self Service für Roomcard hat gut funktioniert. Shuttlebus zum Terminal 1 alle 30 min bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Hervorzuheben ist das uruge und gemütliche Restaurant mit Terrasse am Eingang. Es war voll und der Kellner hat souverän und freundlich alles allein gemeistert, Respekt!!"

From the indifferent staff, the sagging mattress, the tiny bathtub, the breakfast with too little fresh fruit, only pineapple and melon the spartan approach to hotel ideas has slipped into cutting essential aspects of the business. Not only were the front desk staff untrained in anything but checking in and checking out people but they seamed uninterested in guest we being. The management seems to think the hotel would run itself. When the obligatory question of how we...

"Towels were dirty, Toilet had a bunch of stains, A/C didn’t work and every time you walk out of the hotel you are surrounded by beggars and homeless people"

"We selected the 19th floor, which gave us a great view, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The staff was meh... not rude, but not super friendly/helpful either. The location isn't great. We were hoping to find a restaurant to walk to, but the area around the hotel seems a little sketchy, so we opted to just eat at the food court at the mall around the corner. The bar doesn't have much in the way of...

"Delicioso el desayuno y las habitaciones limpias. Buena ubicación"
