"The hotel is great. Everything was very good. I had only one problem. I arrived to Beijing at 1:00 in the morning. Prior my arrival I had to call twice ( international call charges) to the hotel asking about sending shuttle to pick me up in the Daxing airport. Both times, I was told they are not sending shuttle , they will wait until I call from the airport. I could not call from the airport, because I didn't have a phone plan for China. I had to pay for taxi. Also, I wish the property...

"It is a very nice hotel, staff is nice. It's located on top of a busy food street, very easy to get food as a foreigner. Other than three things I hope them to improve, I actually recommend this hotel. 1. The air-condition is very bad, no matter how we try to adjust the temperature, it's stay in 28 degree... "The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing "
