"Clean"

"The location of this hotel is one of the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. That said, the hotel could use major renovations. The self parking in parking structure is one of the worst and there’s no elevator service in the main structure. If the parking is full, you must park at the international market place. EV charging is available for non Tesla cars unless you carry your own adapter. I rented a Tesla (no adapter provide) and had to pay for parking at the international market plus the cost of charging or you could drive to Pearlridge mall to charge your Tesla without paying for parking. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and had a nice stay. "

"A perfect stray ! Can’t ask for more. The only thing about the place is that it’s super crowded and often noisy (industrial fans and construction) when in balcony and pool. Despite all, I would choose to stay at this place again."

"Staff was very helpful with navigation to the room with a lot of bags. Security also very helpful for finding parking with an oversized truck"

"This hotel was in a good location,the breakfast buffet was good yet the protein options could be a lot better (it was either turkey sausage, Portuguese sausage or barely cooked bacon ) ,staff was ok ,security wasn’t friendly, parking is a zoo unless you pay $49 per night and you can still end up without a parking spot in the garage. "

"Best stay in Waikiki ever. The room was well kept, room service was on point making sure to clean up and restock daily. My favorite experience was the lounge area which includes a nice little bar, hot tub, lounge furniture and the infinity pool. Kid friendly and clean just the way I like it. Beach was right across the street and McDonalds on the corner across the street. Perfect for a quick bite. Food trucks around the corner and just a beautiful place to stay. We’ll be back next year. "Excellent"

"Breakfast is not the best it changes daily and there is not eggs and meat available every day and when there is the quality is not great. There’s yogurt everyday and oatmeal along with kimchi there’s canned pineapple daily it is not that great and that’s the only “fresh fruit” available and it’s not even fresh. The staff is great and I love being able to check out beach items as needed but do not come here just for the free breakfast it Is not worth it "
