"Staff were friendly. Location was great but the beach area was a little more crowded than some other Waikiki areas. Pools were great and lots of on-site shops. The views from our room were majestic. 21st floor facing Diamond Head. Mornings spent watching the sunrise and looking at the reef below to watch the dawn patrol and turtles surfacing from their morning munchies. Food onsite was also very good. Easily walkable."

"Aulani is a magical place for families & kids. It has everything you would need for vacation. We went with an adult group and was really fun. Only couple suggestions…keep the elevators working. Long waits to catch elevators because of elevators not working. Have more food options for adults after 5pm if you want to hang at the pools."

"Great location Tiny bathroom, elevators took forever"

"Location is the best feature of this hotel."

"The room was cleaned daily. The most significant issue is the No smoking policy. People were smoking in the bathroom and the vent carried it to other rooms. It was consistently reported, but nothing ever changed."
