"Loved the location and the restaurants.. very comfortable beds nice view from partial view room. Very clean. Rooms were a little smaller than they appear on line but they were very nice"

"Breakfast was not great at all."

"Clean hotel, there is a resort fee but no resort lol, the 02 rooms all are loud like a train yard at night and you will not sleep if you are in these suites on any floors. No Ac is lobby or hallways so you will be getting drenched waiting for your uber. Price point is ok for what you get but its definitely not a hilton. They charge for shaded umbrellas by their pool which is also cringe since they charge a resort fee."

"Very good trip, very good hotel in spa. Just some of the in conveniences of fees for hotel, even if you don't get the towels or not, towels still charge a 20 bucks for that plus to 55 every day. Other than that was great"

"Let's start with the check-in, terrific assistance. Now the room, looked great. First evening going into the bathroom to shower, a few roaches met me at the toilet and the bath tub. Next morning, I left in the morning to start my day, I see the housekeeping crew cleaning the rooms, I'm thinking just like you are, oh by the time I get back from whatever, my room will be cleaned right? Wrong! One of the housekeepers said "oh someone was going to get to it, it wasn't a priority." They left a note...

"The hotel was very clean. Hawaiin Tropic shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions were very nice. The fixtures in our room were a little dated, but clean and in working order. Total Hawaii vibes. It was a block away from the beach (Friday night fireworks). Easy walk to shopping (literally all over the place), restaurants, bus line, ABC stores, etc. All the staff were friendly."

"We didn't get to stay there, they moved us to another. Hotel. The stay at that one was good."

"The hotel was a great, we had a beautiful view staff was amazing and super nice and the valet men were also very nice and suggested many good eats and beach’s. The hotel show Auana it was beautiful a must see a lot of guest told us it was a newer version. Hotel was across from the beach the pool was good for its size and we went in once but the beach was always the better choice. The pool place was great for kids and families. The cafe there was amazing staff so chill and nice my husband and I...

"部屋は清潔に保たれてますが、接客の丁寧さは人によります。 【良かった点】部屋が清潔だったこと。1日おきの清掃でしたが、不快感はありませんでした。ビーチまで1分ほどです。 【気になった点】スタッフの接客に差があります。親切な方もいますが、中には面倒くさそうな表情をする方もいました。最終的には要望通りに対応してくれました。"

"The Hotel is close to everything and very convenient to go the beach."
