"First day was awful. Line to check in was over 90 minutes long. Staff was apologetic but not really. Pools were constantly crowded with many kids. Food was average. The “restaurants” served mostly bar foods at ridiculous prices. Wait staff again seemed overwhelmed and didn’t seem to care about a tip. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and the focus is primarily on getting you to join their “vacation club” which is the new term for the old scam called time-share. If you travel often, it may work...
