"Room was clean but sparse. Meant to be the honeymoon suite but didn’t feel special. Shower had no shower curtain. Walls paper thin. It was well below expectations. No elevator and we had heavy bags"

"Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. "It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful"

The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...
