"The room was large but the toilet / shower were too close for comfort. Also, the reception desk took a lunch break that interfered with our plans."

"The property is well located and very basic in terms of amenities. Caters to business and family Travellers."

"Clean modern hotel room with a kitchenette. Friendly staff. Hotel is well located to eating and shopping places. Also easy walk to interesting places in Toulouse historic area."

"Gran servicio, ubicación y amenidades"

"This was our second time staying at the property and I would gladly stay again. The property is very convenient to everything - the train station, the bus to the airport, shopping, plenty of restaurants, etc. The staff is very professional and always helpful. Rooms: always clean, beds are comfortable and there is always extra pillows. Being right across from the train station was not a problem considering we did not hear any of the traffic noise at all from our room - which was a bonus. ...

"The staff here are lovely the location was great! There are complaints by others about noise but honestly I stayed during the week and heard nothing??"

"Great parking with a good breakfast."

"I did not like that I was in 3rd floor and the window in the restroom did not have curtain"

"Basic mais propre et efficace"

"You are truly in the heart of the city at this well appointed hotel. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The coffee was Illy and Nespresso and delicious. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and spacious. We used and enjoyed the patisserie right next door and the hotel patio area. It was just perfect for our wonderful stay in Toulousse."

"Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great older building and nice reception but room was very dated with worn and old furniture and paint and the bed was very uncomfortable. More like a 3 star hotel until you get to your room then the rating should actually be a 2 star…but it was clean."
