"ス-ペリアの部屋を頼みました。写真ではバルコニーの写真が載っていたので、勝手についてあると思っていました。部屋もそこそこ満室ではなかったのにバルコニー付きの部屋ではありませんでした。
サイトの不手際もあると思います。ホテルの予約の詳細を見せたのですが、さこにはバルコニーの記載がないので、それをDo you agree with me？と高飛車に言われました。また料金は支払い済みですが、200ユ-ロ(今のレ-トだと約4万)徴収されました。
これはホテルの規約かもしれませんが、宿泊費用より高く非常にびっくりしました。
非常に不愉快極まりなかったです。"
