"Best stay ever"

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. "

"It's not at all worth the price. I don't know why it is rated so high. Dingy rooms, overpriced food and no amenities at all. You can literally book a well knows 5 star hotel in its budget."

"Had a comfortable stay with them. The location is also good, however one might face issues because it's on a busy road. Faced no problems during the stay, friendly staff as well."
