"I celebrated my 60th birthday there and it was the BEST VACATION I have ever planned for myself (and I’ve been a lot of places)!!! Literally EVERYTHING they promise in their app they deliver!! it’s the best money I ever spent! 10/10 from start to finish! Thank you Princess Grand"

"The resort was amazing. We stayed at the adults only side. Staff were very friendly, massage was great! Cleaning was up to par:"

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Food in the buffet was excellent. I like that there were different choices of food each day. I appreciated the Jamaican food option in the buffet. Beautiful pool and beach areas."

"Great location, staff were very nice& helpful. Rooms were nice. The place may need a renovation soon but overall it was ok! My only complaint would be the food, I have been to many AI & not as much variety, very limited & not much flavour , the Ackee restaurant is Jamaican food but it's def not! Overall a 3.5 out of 5."

"Small hotel, the staff was alright. Nothing special. Location was good, not located directly on the beach but just across the street. Busy street but there's someone there to help you across so that good. The food was quite nice and a few different options were available."

"We travel a lot and do not have crazy expectations. The good on this resort... The beach is amazing, they have an awesome gym, we loved the ice cream shop (although we were denied crapes several times even though they had batter, they just did not want to make them :( and we tip well) The entertainment staff was excellent and the shows were decent. The pool staff was great at taking care of us. A lot of the group went to the cat place and loved it. The jerk hut was amazing but if the resort is...

"Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting"

"The workers at this resort will make sure your stay is perfect, beautiful place all around."

"There was a dead cockroach in the hallway for a good 2 days. The hotel staff were nice but the bar staff were rude often kissing teeth if only tipped a dollar. Amenities were decent by were pictured to be better than actually experienced... like the kids water playground area. Do not sign up for a Welcome package / discounts . They take 3 hours of you time and are generally scammy/not worth it."

"I hope I can manage this in 1500 words or less ha ha. First off, the staff at Samsara is incredible! Special shout out to Tina, she's an amazing, vibrant, glowing, happy young lady who make it evident that she loves her job. She is always smiling, friendly and happy. If there is a single member of the staff that made my trip special, it was Tina. Kimmy (Kimeiko I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is a wonderful young lady as well, understanding, helpful, kind and always has a few minutes to...
