"Me robaron el pasaporte de mi hermana con dinero adentro, estoy completamente decepcionada. Menos mal aún tiene su documento de identidad de Nicaragua para poder regresar. Cuando fuimos a reportarlo a recepción dijimos que sólo fue el pasaporte para darles el chance que lo regresarán pero no lo hicieron . Desde el inicio todo fue mal"

"There are no words other than the saying, 'Stay at this hotel; you won’t regret it.' The food is amazing. It’s incredibly clean, and the staff is amazing. You say jump, they say how high. I will definitely miss Antigua Guatemala and will recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"The staff were very friendly and helped out with local places to go. Breakfast was included and had a various options to choose from. The rooms towards the back are quieter as there's a bus stop near the front of the hotel entrance. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Antigua!"
