Where to start,Santorini sky is a diamond of a hotel. The property is especially serene and the views breathtaking. The staff exceeds expectations in every way imaginable! My only regret is not staying enough days at the property.

The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. This was such a nice little oasis. Beautiful and spacious room with private hot tub area. Well located, 10 min walk from main square and bus station. Welcoming was really nice, I highly recommend.

A 6-room boutique hotel run by a small number of very efficient staff. The view of the volcano and the other islands is sensational from the rooms' terraces, however, terrace area vary and also there maybe a somewhat restricted view of a room or two (still amazing though). This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

My wife and I traveled to Santorini for our 30th anniversary, and I cannot express how great the Aspaki was. The property in Oia overlooks the Caldera, so there was not a bad view from any of the rooms, but ours was especially beautiful. The only thing that rivaled the property itself was the staff. We stayed at four different hotels on this trip. All were good but ASO Kalamata was undeniably the best. They do the little things right that other hotels can't or won't do, such as a corkscrew in the room and your choice of four different pillows to best suit your personal sleep style.
