"I am happy with my stay at Bob. I really like the locker and storage room service for customers. It relieved a lot of stress. The room is clean. The bed and mattress are comfortable. The only thing I would like to address is the lift. There are two lifts in the building. One of them never works or is fixed during my 6-night stay. Thank you"

"The view at this hotel is just amazing it is centrally located to all the big hitters in London and close to main tubes for easy travel. A little far from the airport about an hour or so away."

"The hotel is located in a good location close to the main sightseeing places. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was a bit underwhelmed is the breakfast buffet, It's alot of items but some items didn't taste that good."

"Filthy room, used toothbrush left in the shower."

We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel...

"Nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Zimmer soweit gut mit allem, was es braucht. Gute Lage mit guten Restaurants. Die Elisabeth-Line bringt dich in Paddington direkt zum Flughafen Heathrow."

"We have stayed here previously when it was St Giles, we were happy to return based on that. Unfortunately this experience was not like that! 2 night stay. Welcome was ok. Room was a basic twinroom, just about clean, no kettle, 2 towels, empty shower products, mattress was worst we've ever slept on, 1 pillow per bed and no extras. No room clean. Whatsapp service for contact....no response when messaged, no phone in the room. They now charge for suitcase storage, £5 per case!! Storage attendant...
