"Less than a 24 hour visit however the location was excellent, staff very helpful and the hotel itself was perfect. Great deal for a Sunday night away."

"An amazing place and family friendly"

"Great location and super clean. Staff lovely."

"There was no water available in the whole hotel in the showers, basin toilets for 2 days. The staff was not helpful at all and kept giving false promises. Even when we ordered bottles of drinking water to the room had to call couple of times before water was delivered to the room and that too after 45-50 mins. Would not recommend anyone to stay here."

"My stay was very good. Staff and room excellent. However, Room was cramped and breakfast overpriced £14 for a bacon and egg roll was not good value, imho. Otherwise good."

"Was only there less than 24 hours, but everything was spotless, & breakfast & bar were good"

"great! second time staying at a Point A hotel and is a great budget option in a good location. nothing fancy but definitely good!"

"Was given a warm welcome on arrival and departure. The room was very spacious and very clean bar some stains on the carpet. The bed was really comfy. Room was well lit and the bathroom had a great mirror for getting ready. It's a great location for the hydro and armadillo and as a solo traveller this was important to me. "We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is centrally located and in a safe area. Lobby ( and the whole hotel) is attractively furnished and decorated. Room was well equipped, clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate our request for early check in . Wound definitely stay again."

"No coffee/tea/glasses/cups in rooms Eh ?"

The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in,...

"Situated in a quaint little lane, it was amazing to discover the nearby (across the street) historic church. It was also walking distance to St Enoch Center and many other shopping and dining locations. The staff in every area were extremely helpful and courteous."

"Clean room and helpful staff"
