"i loved the stay and the water park but me and my kids only stayed for one night and we got there around 4 and the waterpark closes at 8. so we went to the water park as soon as we got there and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes each time because they only had 1 person running 3 water slides. and they shut down the family slide! so basically we only got to ride slides for two hours at most. AND our connection in the room was terrible. it kept glitching the entire time. we did enjoy the...

"This place is an A+ resort hotel. It felt like we walked into a brand new hotel. Staff all greeted us and asked us to reach outing We had needs. Check in flawless, room was immaculate and very beautiful. It had a refrigerator with a full freezer which we loved so we could refreeze our ice packs. Gorgeous views and a very pleasant breakfast . Loved it !❤️"

"It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a...

"The building/property may need a little TLC but the room and bedding was clean which was most important for a one night stay. Would stay again!!"

"Good stay"

Couldn't get room keys until 10am the next day when the manager came and the keys still didn't work. At check out, they deactivated my room keys despite me having late check out. My room had a dirty chair with a mystery stain and the bathroom sink had what appeared to be mold on it. Staff was otherwise friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was...

"Loved the hard floors. I know it sounds odd but it just feels cleaner with them."

"terrible bathroom... very low water pressure. only one working ice machine on the 2nd floor. elevators out of order (tower side) had to use very small staff elevator."

"Nice rooms and front desk"
