"Our room was a suite with a kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and bathroom. I wasn’t aware when booking that this was the type of room I had selected, and I don’t believe it was clearly specified. The additional space wasn’t necessary for our stay and also made the room more expensive. Next time, I would probably choose a different hotel or stay in another town."

"Great location! The property is located very close to Main Street, so restaurants and businesses were easily in walking distance, but the street the property is on is quiet (great sleep quality), and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. Best of both worlds!"

"Needed a room for my mom in law later in the evening and they were close to Torrington. Decent reviews so I sent her there but made the reservation after 9.. Small print said they don't answer the door after 9...she tried to get an answer fr 20 minutes and didn't get a response so had to send my 76 year old M-I-L down the road to a chain hotel. $55 down the drain."

"The location was perfect for exploring Fort Laramie, the Oregon Ruts, the Registry Wall and Guernsey State Park. Afterwards it was wonderful to come back to enjoy a quiet evening in the cabin. The decor was perfect and it was fully stocked with everything needed. Julianne was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Overall great a few hiccups I was given the wrong address at first so I pulled up to a completely different property but then got the app to work all was well. I wasn’t constantly on my phone checking notifications, I looked at the binder in the residents as a guide. But clearly that was false because the binder says not to deal with the bedding and such but the message you received says to put it all in the laundry a little frustrating but overall it worked for the event me and my friends were...

"This was the perfect place for us to unwind after driving to all the events around. While staying we visited Cheyenne Frontier Days, Mount Rushmore, crazy horse, Fort Laramie and walked the property. It was a beautiful cabin in the perfect location with the absolute best host. Julianne was more like a good friend than a host. She made my daughter and feel very safe and comfortable."

"The property was not well kept. The house inside needed some serious elbow grease, but the beds were supremely comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and towels. There are a lot of steps in the house, so if you have little ones, just be careful. Kayla was very responsive anytime I had a question or concern, and the backyard had a secure fence for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked and so were the bathrooms. All in all, a good stay, but I really wish the upkeep was better."
