Hayfield Cabin 1, a place to get away from it all!

A relaxing time surrounded by nature.

"We started each morning sitting on the front porch listening to the birds! We enjoyed exploring the sites around Fort Laramie and then coming back to our cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and our hosts, Julianne and Terry were very helpful & welcoming. A wonderful time!"

Cozy Cottage in Hartville, Guernsey State Park

"Beautiful home in a very small town. I could sit on the porch in the morning with my coffee before anyone else was up and listen to all the birds and watch the squirrels chase around. Then, in the afternoon, there were a bunch of mule deer in the yard. Exactly what we needed in the middle of a long road trip."

"Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. Very kind and helpful staff; decent free breakfast choices - breakfast burritos on the day we stayed. Fine location if driving through viewing the Oregon Trail NPS sites."
