"The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it-...

"So odd to see a phone in a room these days. No menu or room service in the room, no lit on gib . Fridge working with one small bottle of water therein. Excellent views. The only down side was that tourist tax was never mentioned until I checked out. Not an issue really but one like to be told these things at the beginning of the stay and not as your checking out and leaving . All in all a pleasant experience. Exceptionally clean ."

"All the staff were extremely helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us when our luggage had gone missing at the airport. Everywhere was very clean, the lady who cleaned our room was friendly and always did an excellant job. The breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choice to suit everyone. "The apartment was very clean and modern. Pool was very quiet so ideal for the days we stayed at the apartment. It was very centrally located and Morrisons was a 5 minute walk. When we did have questions our interaction with the host was brilliant."

There aren’t many flights a day so it wasn’t a disturbance at all. "Because my confirmation said check in starts at 3PM I thought there was a front desk at the hotel. The doors were locked and there was no front desk! It turns out these are individual units owned by individuals and they are not there to greet you. I was shocked that I wasn’t aware of that."

"We had trouble finding the building because there is no way of knowing which building it was based on the address. We went by the picture, which we later fingured out was the view from the apartment window. The apartment itself was perfect. It was comfortable with a simple luxury. The building also has a fantastic resturant. Snuggled next to the "rock" and the ocean view was a big plus."
