"We enjoyed our stay here and will put it on our list to stay again in the future. We had everything we needed. Communication was great the entire time. The water in the sinks for some reason was hotter than the shower water even when turned to full hot, so we stayed a little chilly in the shower the first night there. "Location was perfect for what we needed. 10 mins from Rend Lake and a few minutes from downtown Benton. My only complaints if I had one would be that the Air conditioner was on the louder side when running and the beds were on the smaller size. But I wasn’t there to sleep and relax I was there for an archery event. But overall the place was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, clean nice to stretch out instead of being in a hotel room. Would rent from again!!"

"Peaceful, appealing, land with excellent basic restaurants in Benton, about 8 minutes driving time. The house accommodated 5 sisters in our 70s and 80s comfortably with plenty of room to visit and play dominoes and pet friendly. The side porch is excellent for sitting, chatting, and activities. A dollar general is 3 minutes away for basic supplies. The house is clean, though the bathroom floors and baseboard heaters around the house could at the least use a thorough cleaning.
