"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel UMass on a recent visit to the town. Milan at the front desk was kind and helpful. Great price, very quiet, nice room. My only suggestion is to send an email confirming reservations a day before that includes specific directions of how to get to the hotel and front desk. We spent quite a bit of time driving around the campus. Thank you!"

"For a contactless check-in method, the staff were very accessible -easy to communicate with; the method was great. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. I met the owners and staff the morning after I checked in (late @ 11:45pm). They couldn't have been more hospitable. I stayed at the Walnut Inn out of necessity, attending a friend's father's funeral, and the Inn could not have been a better place for me to stay. "Very quiet"

"Clean . New. Didn't like the fact my door was knocked on at 1100am saying I had to check out when my reservation said noon. The gentleman was rude. And rushed me out of there going so far as to follow me to the office and basically telling me to leave. Very unprofessional. That needs to get cleaned up. Nice place otherwise"

"Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again."

"Cozy and comfortable cabin with plentiful natural light. About a 10 minute drive from Berkshire East Mountain resort which provided a fun day of family skiing. Generous and thoughtful host; a good bit of snow fell on one of our days, and he let us know where to park to avoid having to move our car for the plow, which made it easy to get in and out. Looking forward to staying there in the summer."

"The apartment was perfect for the two of us visiting family in the area. The beds were very comfortable and it was extremely quiet at night. We really appreciated the snacks, coffee, and other supplies provided by the host. There is also a fantastic little cafe/grocery store just a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again!
